I cannot activate my sim or phone I got the app but it is not allowing me to continue and get a phone number, payment has been taken already

There is no text messager that a customer has to say "YES" to for activating service.  The text message that you're mentioning only has to do with number porting.

Yeah I'm trying to cancel the subscription i've paid for a month ago and I can't get into the account to finish activation... it keeps bringing me to a page where I have to purchase a plan. It makes no sense.

Wow really? This is horrible, I need to get my phone activated asap, and as mentioned the money has been already taken from my credit card, I wish I would have known this before as I would definitely not have picked public mobile
