For one hour now I’m trying to subscribe. Brand new iPhone, filled in all of the info, even seeing charge on my credit card. It told me that subscription could not be completed and I should contact. When I try to contact through chatbot, it sends me to open a ticket, except I get a 404 to « forbidden A1 » error. What’s going on here ?.?

usually is in 2 to 4 hours
but it is in the evening now, they might reply tomorrow morning
