How can I have the account renabled so I can activate my SIM?

Ok, then I see two options:
a) try activating a new sim with the email address you wish to use; if you get stuck report here and a moderator will assist you.
b) activate the new sim with a temporary email address then change it once your account has been activated successfully.
We all would appreciate your report once you have gotten your new account.

Thanks. I know I can create a new email address, however I want to use the one I have currently.
Not trying to activate an old account. Just want to use my email address with my new SIM.

If your account is more than 90 days past expiry it cannot be reactivated, and the phone number is lost. In that situation just activate a new sim, and you should be able to use your old email address unless you are moving from Koodo. If you need a new email address, just register at gmail.com.
