Trying to register my Sim card with my canadian credit card and will not let me. I have checked all the data enter multiple times and it is all correct

@mleach - if you past the payment section, then try your sim into your phone, restart it, do you have any services?
Are you able to log into your My Account that should have been created during the activation process?
If you ported over a number, then you will need to reinsert the old SIM card back into the phone to accept the SMS text for approval.
If you did not get charged or past the payment section, you may try the activation again through a tab in incognito mode.

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
