Cannot receive verification call or sms

Sms or verification code from bank doesn't come to my number but it worked when i gave some other number, but it wont work in my number, need a solution.

FYI: 1 number change per 30 days

As mentioned, if your bank not being able to send a sms is the only issue and texting,calling and data are working fine, I would contact the bank and get them to straighten it out. As @Jessica_T said you can change your number only once i believe it is in a 30 day cycle.

@nirajanThen likely that number or first 3 digit prefix is added to their list or refuse to send to pre-paid number or maybe that individual number was a previous customers and previously flagged for fraud or their system has some other error. Just speculation to why. Fact it has nothing to do with public mobile if the bank didn't even send the message. There is nothing that can be done here. Contact the bank and let them know about the issue.

@nirajanThat has nothing to do with public mobile or the telus network, that is the banks database / software refusing to send to the number provided for whatever reason. Likely that number is on the VOIP / Do not use list. Contact them

@nirajanDoes the bank say the verification code has been sent? Or does the bank say "We canno't send a verification to that number" or some other reason?

 

Did you port your number here or did you get a new number when you signed up? I ask because most places that need to send a verification message/call have a database that restricts use of certain numbers (usually voip) for security reasons and to prevent someone from using a temprary burner number.
