Transferred from Rogers a week ago and cannot receive texts and call are going to the Rogers voicemail. Trying to get help, but verification code is being sent by test, and texts are not being received. Where to go from here?

Don't know about data. Can do outgoing calla but no texts either way.

after a couple failed attempts, see if there's an option to send verification to email instead.
