Hello ,

 

I recently switched my plan from Canada-wide to Province-wide calls but cannot receive or make any calls at the moment. 

 

Please advise

Thanks. Will do. Sorta new to this, but how can you exactly tell who's a staff member?

Try removing the sim and rebooting your phone.

Yes, it says active. I removed the texting option but data seems to work just fine.
