Yes service times during normal work load is 2-4 hours, but during higher work load times like now with all the promos running and issues arising times can be up to 48 hours for a response

First of all this is a public forum so I removed yoru account information. Sounds like you have a stuck port. You will need to private message the moderators. Where did you activate your line. If it was at a retail location you will receive a credit equal to your plan amount for your second month of service within 72 hours. If you activated at home and had a referral number you will get the $25 credit within 72 hours.
