Cannot receive calls from a landline. I can call the landlines and all cell phones but the kandline gets a fast busy signal or a message saying cannot re route call. Started happening yesterday. Reset my phone just and case and network settings

Can i get an update on this. Going on a month now and i want this resolved before i subcribe to a new month on a phone plan that doesnt fully function

Its not on the landline side. Its PM OR Bell issue. Its has been escalated but still not resolved. Need tgis working or ill have to switch providers.

3 kandlines so far all 705 area code not sure if all are Bell one for sure

It could be the issue on the landline side. Please have your friend to open ticket there
