I deactivated a phone on the prepay plan and now want to reactivate it. Even though I'm within the 90 days, and I've done everything required online, the phone will not reactivate.
Has anyone else had this problem?

After paying for the plan logout and log back in and click reactivate link.
After that a simple reboot of the device can do it.
Still a no go then contact support agents to look into it.
Create a ticket via bubble on the bottom right or by sending a direct msg to CS_Agent.

@Thos do you see any Available Fund on your My Account ? $0? or some amount?
Go to Payment Tab, one time payment and make a manual payment. Use the option "Other (Enter the desired payment amount)" and manually enter one of these:
1. the full plan amount if your Available Fund shows $0
2. $1 if you Available Fund = Plan amount already (this is to load an extra dollar to re-trigger the re-activation process)
Once payment went through successfully, click on the button Reactivate current plan if it is there
then logoff My Account and reboot your phone and it should be good

You need sufficient funds in your account first then it will reactivate. It may take a short time for service to work.
