When I try to activate my SIM, create an account, and set up my payment, I keep getting this:
Unable to Process Transaction
Sorry, your credit card transaction was denied by your card issuer, so this purchase could not be completed.
But according to my credit card records, I was charged $36.16 three times, which is the exact cost of that Public Mobile plan. So I was charged more than $100 for nothing it appears, because I don't even have access to my Public Mobile account.
This is very disturbing, and I would appreciate it if someone could provide answers.
Thanks

@fchen720 So you are trying to join Public Mobile? If yes, you are stuck waiting until tomorrow as the moderators have left for the day. Post again if it's not resolved by noon.
Hopefully, you can still access your old carrier, or the PM SIM is functional.
Hang in there. The moderators will get it sorted out.

Even though it says Koodo, I know it's not from Koodo, because I don't use that.
The charge was for $36.16, which is the exact amount that the Public Mobile plan was charging me for. And I tried activating 3 times, resulting in exactly 3 charges on my credit card.
I was also surprised that it said Koodo, but I know that Public Mobile is owned by Telus, and Koodo is as well. So maybe that's the reason, I don't know...
I've already sent a private message to a user called "Moderator_Team", but they haven't responded yet.
Thanks

@fchen720 Does your credit card statement indicate:
a) the charges are from Koodo >>> call Koodo
