Hi everyone,
I've been trying to pay for my account however I always get this message (see photos below).
I have removed my card and re-entered it however I keep on getting the same message.
I have a VISA debit but have never had any issues with it previously.
Can anyone help me with this issue?

Thanks for your response.
I least I know I can go into 7/11 as a backup option.
My account still has the same issue and has been acting like this for almost 2 weeks now.

Try using Autopay instead of entering card number manually. It's worked fine for me for a month and a half since I moved to PM. If issue persists, go to a moderator for help. Click on ?, bottom right and follow instructions.

@sabinous Instead of using amount due try using the custom amount option. Enter the amount owing and click on the submit button. After the tax has been added click on the submit button on more time.

Your address must match the billing address of the credit card exactly. Don't use the apt# field. Use a 6 character postal code, no space or drop last digit.

If you're in a rush...just get some payment vouchers at 7-11 type of retailer and add to your account using *611.
Your credit card issue may clear itself after an hour or more.
You can try calling *611 and using the credit card that's on your file...see if that works and let us know.
