Dear,
I got my SIM card and activated it, but I cannot open my mobile APP. It shows Error Code:-9. Please help me to work with the mobile application.

HI @Bahman
if you are partially activated, or you activated and need to enter the sim card to finish activation, you need the app
Try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
if issues persists, uninstall the app once more, and clear cache on your mobile browser and reinstall the app and try
And if still does not work, please submit ticket with CS agent and they can complete the activation for you

@Bahman Try to uninstall it and re install it , maybe even clear the app cache also and try again
