Hello, I change from kodoo to PM this Sunday. I could phone my voicemail on Sunday no problem, I even set it up.
Today(Thursday) I wanted to make a phone call but it was impossible. I can't receive any call either or call my voice mail. Texting works fine.
I restarted my phone, took out the SIM card and put it back in, tried airplane mode...
I'm a bit at a loss as to why I can text but not make a call.

I can make phone calls this morning, I wonder if it was just a port problem.
I have a LG velvet. I didn't know prior to changing cell phone provider that PM had phones that were not compatible with volte. My friend has the same phone as me and had never had problems with it while being with PM

What phone do you have?
not sure if it is a volte issue. check if your phone can use VoLTE on PM network:

if it shows your phone cannot access PM's VoLTE, check if you can try your sim card on another phone
