Cannot make phone calls after plan change

Hello,
My plan was changed today to the new 90 days/12Gb plan.
Data and text messages are working fine.
However, when attempting to make a local phone call, it says my call cannot be made as I don't have a long-distance option and the number is not covered by my plan.
Help!!!!

I think I was able to solve the issue earlier this morning for @brunovoyer 🙂

Thank you so much for taking the time.
I did as you suggested, yet it did not sokve the problem. However, I think it was a good thing to do anyhow. Thank you for the advice.
I also tried the following: I purchased a 200 min. long distance option ($8), to see if that would allow me to make phone calls. That did not work either.
Let me know if you have other great ideas.

I remeber the below steps worked out well for me last week,

login to selfserve and

click purchase addons,

there is a $0 T911 service in the voice column, 

try purchasing it and see if all other services works fine for you post this purchase.
