I suspended my son's account since his phone was stolen. I have a new phone and SIM and I am trying to reactivate his account. The credit card is current. However I cannot "Submit" payment. I press the button and nothing happens.
I thought that it may be my browser (Firefox) so I tried Chrome and I am still unable to submit payment.
The menu choice I am doing is:
Plan And Add-Ons > Reactivate Current Plan > Confirm Amount > Press Submit.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Please disregard. I needed to first move the account out of the Lost/Stolen status. Payment was received and the account has been reactivated.

@svenasseIt sounds like a problem with your browser loading the javascript.. make sure you don't have any ad blockers / privacy blockers etc installed and also use incognito mode.

Maybe try Chrome incognito mode. Clearing cache might also help. The website is finicky.
Did you manage to change SIM card number in the self service account? If you did, you could also dial 611 on your phone to load up money.

Also try using your browser in incognito mode. Failing that, try submitting it using a different PC or tablet...
