Cannot make or receive calls: Thinks I am roaming in US.

I live well away from the boarder in the Timmins ON area and my phone will not make or receive calls because it states that I don’t have a US phone plan. 
Working through the help chat I’m supposed to send in a service ticket but the link doesn’t work. On the website my computer I can’t even sign in as the sign in page constantly reloads.  
anyone know if there is a tower issue in Northern Ontario?   Already reset the phone which didn’t solve the issue.

Dial 1-855-4PUBLIC or 611 and check whether your account is subscribe/active.

It sounds like you didn’t make any renewal payment if you are not in AutoPay. Login to your account and make a manual payment if this is the case and enable subscribe for future payments as PM is on a 30 days cycle.

Or there could be an outage in your area so check the outage map:

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly: send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here

Try to force mobile provider to PM and turn off roaming.
