I'm trying to make a payment with a new credit card and it keeps refusing ....thx

@tomcat so, you cannot add the new cards to the system?  How many times you tried so far?  Too many attempts might trigger a Fraud lock.

 

Yiu can try one more time with another browser or Incognito mode.

 

If that fails,  open ticket with PM Support and they can help

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

there seems to be an issue the last day or so you’re not the only person unfortunately , you can always contact customer service agent to help you manually input your new card

Did you manage to ADD new card to your account?

Do not try too many times as you will trigger fraud lock and they would have to talk to agent.
