You can only setup an account when you subscribe on the PM app. Once you are setup then you can access your account via PM app or the PM self serve website.

@Charrone Is it trying to send you a code and you not betting it ? Try the didn’t get code or resend code a few times . And you should get option to send code to email instead . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help you further

did you start the activation via browser and now trying to complete it using the app?
check if PM charged you yet. If not, maybe use another email to create another login account and use ONLY the app to start the subscription process
If PM charged you already, and you just cannot login the app to finish the second half of the subscription, please engage support by messaging them here:
