Hello, can my account with a phone number ending in xxxxxxxxx be reset? I'm unable to login when it prompts for a one time passcode to this phone number I don't have access to.

Both do the same thing. The difference is in wording only and varies depending on the customer using the Public Mobile website or the Public Mobile smartphone app.

Please use the didn't get the code button to have the code sent by e-mail.
