@Swinny420 so is it a puk code you need or your phone's not working? These would be separate issues.

If your phone is not working, can you receive incoming calls but no outgoing calls? What type of phone do you have? If you have a physical SIM card, try the card in another phone to test and see if the issue is the phone.
Have you also tried resetting networks?
