Hi,
Yesterday I bought a subscription and got an email with confirmation saying that I now need to download the app to complete activation. When I try to log in to the app every time the error message appears.
When I try to log in to the web I see the page RESUME activation and after that, the error appears.

If you are on Android, you can go into your application settings and clear the cache and data info and try again. The app has known cache issues along with their website. Been going on for years with no fix.

@Irirna You need the app to activate . Try uninstalling it and re install it and complete the activation following the prompts
