I am unable to login to self serve. I am getting the "Generic Error" message. I've attempted to:
Using the app
Use a different browser
Use a different computer
None of which have worked.

Try clearing the cache and go incognito on your browser before login to your account online.
Haven’t had any issues login on the app just now.
