I keep getting the same error message “something didn't go right while installing your esim. Click below to retry.” However, there is no retry button option, just the “get support” which is telling me to send a ticket. I can’t seem to figure out how to send one. I need help.

can you double check if the PM eSIM is already showing up on your Sim Manager or Settings-> Ceulluar?
if yes, then you need to manually enable it
but if it is not there you will need to ask PM support agent to help, you can submit ticket by direct message:
