I'm trying to enable call forwarding but I get an error message saying:
"Call forwarding when not reachable for All Basic Services. Connection problem or invalid MMI code."
Any advice?

Conditional call forwarding got broken with the introduction of volte. If your phone is enabled for volte then apparently support can fix it. If your phone is not enabled then it's broken.
You can still do forward all.
