Hoping someone can help:
i bought a plan with esim last night. Download appeared successful as it shows up in my phone, and got a message for koodo this morning to change over number. Seems to have worked and my phone number now shows in the new esim info. However I can’t connect to internet, send texts, or make phone calls. My phone says it’s connected to public mobile network and bars show up, but nothing is working! I went through all the troubleshooting steps the chatbot suggested and it still won’t work-any advice??
Try restarting your phone if that doesn’t work, then try and network reset. to do this on iPhone go to settings, then general then click transfer to new iPhone or reset click reset and click reset network. To do this on android go to settings scroll down and click General management click reset click reset network and click the reset network button.
