If it shows that you still have data in your account. Reset the Network settings on your phone. This should take care of it.

most regular plans have limited data per 30 days...perhaps you've limited out until next regular plan renewal ?

@Woolffr And you have cell data turned on in phone settings ?
can try the phone set to 4G/LTE or 5G and test
also can you try the SIM card in another phone and test ?
