Trying to finish the login process and the EverSafe needs me to confirm my identity but I’m not receiving the 6-digit code on my phone. I’m not sure how to troubleshoot this or fix it

Click on resend code a few times until you see the option for sending it to email

It doesn’t give me that option. When I try to login on the app or the website this is the screen I see

When you log into your account online, you can do the following so they go to your phone.
Go to Profile (left side of page) then next page click on Manage EverSafe ID, next page 3rd option down, if you're number is not there, fill it in. Arrow on the same row will help you correct it

How can I do that? Other codes were coming through to my email with no problem

You can have it sent to your email instead.
Here's how.
Can’t get the 6 digit 2FA code to your phone?
First, sign into your account at www.publicmobile.ca and use the email you signed up with and the password. If it asks you for a 6 digit code, it will say at the top left CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY.- Enter the 6- digit code sent to *********. But it’s not working!!! As you see by the screenshot below, 1. Click the This is a trusted device. 2. Didn’t get the code? Click on that.
Then, the next window that pops up is this.
Click on Send email. Here it will send you the 6 digit code to the email you registered with. This step is very important. Do not just copy and paste. Enter each digit using your keypad.
You should now be able to get into your account.
