I get a message subscription not activated. When I click get support, I’m asked to sign in again and it continues to go in that circle.

you might not need to contact agent.
Just log out the app and give it time for the system to configure
So, click Logout on the top right (the back error), then wait 15 mins. Login again using Email and password. The sytem wil then send a code to your email again. After you put in the code, you will be asked to "Confirm for full access" and your activation wil be completed

@AJC664 You need to be using the app to activate not website , have you downloaded the app to activate ? If same please submit ticket with support
