Cannot change phone number

Hi, I had lost my phone and had placed my account on held. Meanwhile, I also noticed that there were activities in relation to my lost phone after it was lost. For these reasons I want to change my phone number, however the Change Number page's dropdown menu is not working on my side and is not allowing me to make a selection. Could someone please let me know how to make the number change work?

use the app to change the phone number.

if you don’t have referrals or points, you can sign in with a new account, get the benefit of new activation only plans.

@yukinamis , I don't think it's a major issue if anyone used you phone for a bit.  You can use the activity to track down who might have used your phone.  The greater concern is the knock on effects like possibly using 2FA to take over accounts.

what suspicious activities? if phone calls to a number ends with 4001, you are safe. That's just calls to voicemail, PM logs all those calls and so no need to worry 

But if you still try to change number, try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser 

Also try using Public mobile app, one of the two ways will work

if not, then submit ticket with PM  agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
