I just activated online with a voucher. I can receive calls. I can receive texts. Got a new number.
I cannot make outgoing calls. I cannot send any texts. I have a iPhone 6.
$15 plan. @gpixel I spoke too soon about the problem being fixed.

@JK8 Resetting network settings as recommended above will have no effect for calling issues. It appears gpixel4 edited his original reply otherwise I would have not posted my response.

@JK8 power down your device. Remove the sim card wait 5 minutes, reinsert the sim card power up and test.
If it's still a problem submit a ticket to PM by clicking the ? bottom right of your screen.
