I used this same credit card before. It keeps saying "card declined, contact credit card company". I did that and they said they are approving the transaction and everything looks good on their end. So it is public mobile that is decling, not the credit card company. So what should I do now. If it is declining autopay I am assuming it will decline for manual transaction. Don't have any balance to pay yet to find out..

They must be making changes to the website. It was unresponsive just now and then I started getting a different form for registering AutoPay. It went through this time. However, I did leave out the Suite# this time so that could have something to do with it.

@samiam123, does your address include a suite number? If it does, don't enter it, leave the field blank. If this is not applicable, try clearing browser cache or using incognito mode.
