Getting error 821. Won't active. I think it's because I'm with koodo. How do I get my number switched over and join public?

Do not try to activate again yet
First, wait 15 mins, check your CC to confirm if PM charged you on your earlier activation attempt
If they did not, good, you can try to reactivate
Error 821 is usually because of incorrect porting information provided. Very often it is becaus you have provided IMEI instead of account number of your old carrier.
So, on your re-attempt of the activation, please provide account number of your old carrier instead.
