There are some errors on the page, I tried on Edge and Chrome browsers on windows 10.
When I get to the second step, choose a phone number - there is no option to select a number.
Clicking "transfer your wireless number" works but I have no number to port.
When I click back to select a new number - finally the "select your local calling area" shows but the drop down is empty.
Please help, it seems the form is broken and I cannot activate my sim card.

But: it seem it activated the account without the plan I selected, it put it on a plan with no talk no text and no data.

Since you got some errors, make sure you are able to login to self-serve account and you have the correct plan. Make sure all services you activated are working.

Internet explorer worked, even though it showed a lot of errors it got through.

FYI it only works on IE, with lots of errors but I got through.

Try using incognito/private browsing mode. Also try using internet explorer or safari browser on apple devices.
