My pay by month account has been unpaid for ~ 15 days. I can no longer use telephone so I cannot receive verification text which makes it impossible to verify my account to make a payment.

@MARCELCLOUTIER why don't you ask the system to send you the code via email?
if you are not receiving the code, then PM support is your friend, you will have to open ticket with them and they will sort this out for you:
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Have the verification code sent to your email address instead.
You can also make a payment by calling 611. If you have Cc on file and know pin number, pay from there. Or get a voucher.
