Cannot access my account

Hello.

When I try to login to my account, after entering my credentials and selecting "login" I am always redirected to the main page without the ability to see my account details.

How can I sign in and access the my account page?

You will need to create a Eversafe ID first before login to your account if you haven’t done so.

Click on Sign Up and create an ID. The email on this Community and your account will be merged to your account email.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@laurenanneortiz you have never able to login My Account since the introduction of EverSafe? Did you try to login using App?

Very likely, your EverSafe account login is not currently tied with your My Account, so, it is something you need support to manually link them together.  Please message them:

Best thing to do is to clear your history, cookies and cache. After doing so, close your browser and wait a few moments then reopen it. Then try to log back in. Let us know if it works.
