Hi I am unable to access my account. Both my and my dad's accounts are somehow under his email, but when we log into his account with his email we only see his plan, not mine. When I went to recover email and used my phone number, it sent a confirmation email to his email. When we log into his account, only his phone number was displayed in "profile". How can we fix this?

PM system is one login for just one account, not linked or combined account
so, it means you don't know the proper email login for a second account. You will need PM support agent to help with the login for the 2nd account.
