Hi. There hasn’t been cellular service on my phone since this morning. When I try to log in the my account associated with my cell number, a verification code gets sent to my mobile number, but I cannot access it to check if there is anything causing no service. Is there anyway I can get access to my account without the mobile verification?

@Mav3364 - did you have an autopay failure perhaps? When is your renewal?
When you call 611 (or without using your mobile public account call # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another line/device) to see what the status says?

You can have the code sent to your email instead. Click Resend Code and then Send email
Also, restart your phone. It may have lost connection.

@Mav3364 Hit resend a few times do you not get a option to send to email instead

Did you complete the new login system? If so then click on resend code and you'll get some options. Email is one of them.
