If you activated in-store, it is possible you have not registered for one yet. If so you can register for one here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Or, are you thinking of the SIM card/Phone purchasing login? Because that area is a different set of login credentials.
Have you ever accessed your Self Serve/My Account before @vanessaharris ?
If you have accessed your account before and are still a current customer but having issues logging in, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies, or open a tab in incognito mode. Then try to log in again.
If still issues, CSA can be contacted for assistance by methods provided by @softech .

Were you able to resolve this on your own? If not a CSA is best option to get you back into your self serve. Keep us updated on how it goes.

@vanessaharris In this Community we are just customers like you. You might want to remove your phone number for your protection. Just go back to your post, click on down arrow on the top right, and select Edit Message
Understand you have problem signing in. Did you try to use another browser just to confirm it is not a browser cache issue?
If still unable to login, please open a ticket with PM Support and they can sort it out for you
