I keep getting an error that says "unauthorized access" every time I log in. My service is not working so I cannot call support to fix my issue. What do I do?

As a temporary solution, just purchase a voucher and dial 611 then enter the voucher number and pin to restore service while a CS_Agent gets back to you by private messaging.
Vouchers can be purchased from these locations:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples. Or from Recharge.com online.

usually the issue you have is a result of payment issue, specifically after a charge back is made on the credit card to a PM charge, did you make a charge back?
Only support can resolve that, please open ticket with PM support using direct message
