I have been trying to login for the past 3 days in order to pay for my service. Unfortunately, the system seems to be failing to recognize my password. I have tried to reset my password, however, I have yet to receive an email to complete the reset.
Is there any way to reset the password, other than the link?

You need to reset passoword by sending a messag to moderator. The reset function on website doesn't work.
Here is instructions to contact moderator:
Recommendation: do not send multiple message to moderators. First come, First service. Each new message will put you further down the job list.
