We need to cancel one account that we have. How do I do this? I have taken my card off for auto payment, is that enough?

@bdurupt yes, that's enough. You can also enable Lost Phone suspension option. Anyway, after 90 days your account will be closed in 90 days.

That's all you need to do. When your current account fails to renew, it'll suspend for 89 days. At day 90, your account will shut down for good.
