I am new to Public Mobile. I was activating my subscription and I ordered SIM card although I already have one from my previous provider. Can I cancel that SIM card order and transfer this number to my plan @CS_Agent?

Yes...during the activation process, you'll be given opportunity to transfer your number from old provider to your new PM account. Don't cancel old account... It will automatically deactivate once you've successfully transferred it to PM.

You can only use a PM SIM so best to wait until it arrives.

Don't stop the PM sim card order, you can't use sim card from your previous provider here.

nope. You need a Public Mobile sim in order to activate a new Public Mobile account.

sorry, you cannot use the sim card from your previous provider. You need a brand new Public Mobile sim card to use PM service. (yes, you need a sim card that match the carrier , cannot mix and match)
so, you will need to wait for PM to ship you the sim card and complete the activation by requestion porting your number into PM using PM app
