How do I cancel my physical sim as I now have an eSIM and am apparently paying two loads of payments?. I lost my Physical SIM so I no longer have it on hand.

I didn’t mean to accept this solution but I appreciate you sending me the link to a direct agent.

Orange Chat icon on lower right
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble with open ticket using Chatbot, then message them using this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox, check here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Where is the submit a ticket button? I don’t see it.

I just wanted to cancel the account that’s associated with my physical SIM. I thought I had transferred everything over but I lost my Physical SIM so I did not have it on hand when I set up my eSIM. So a new account could have been created.

It is a bit confusing alright but that's how to get Customer Support helping you. Type "Submit a ticket".

Public Mobile doesn't usually give refunds as all sales are final. They might do it in this case if there was mistake. Is there a chance that two account were mistakenly opened?

sounds like you bought an esim and started a whole new account (if you're actually paying for 2 plans). If so, you didn't need to do that. Just click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process of getting Customer Support to help you. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.
