Hi, I have no idea how this could happen, but my phone number is no longer linked to my email, and I have no way to log in to my account. I had to use my husband's community account just to be able to log in here to ask for help.

Your login email is just a login ID so as long as the password is correct. The 2FA code will be texted to your phone for you to login to your account.
If you are still having issues, you need to contact a CS_ Agent to help you login to your account to update your new email address.
