So I don't know why but I just had to pay for another 90 day period to reactivate my account after only making it 30 days through a 90 day period.
When I opened my account I couldn't port my old number so customer service said the easiest way to solve it was for them to cancel the one I opened and open a new account for me. Not sure if thats where the error occurred but things went fine for the first 30 days. I need to know this won't happen again with my account and to receive a credit for the 60 days left from the previous billing cycle. Definitely not paying $170 every 30 days. Any help wpuld be appreciated.
