You can dial 611 and remove AutoPay and after 90 days of nonpayment. You account will be closed, SIM will no longer work and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from.
No refund for unused days.
Or you can port your number to another carrier if you want to keep your number.

You don't need to contact PM
If you don't need your phone number for another carrier, just disable Autopay from your Account
If you need your phone number for another provider, just subscribe the new carrier and provide them the PM account number as porting info

You just need to log into your account and turn off auto pay. Once thats done, your phone plan will go till the end of the 30 days you paid for and then it's done. 90 days later your account is fully closed. OR if you port out your number while your account is active, that closes your account.

If you can't log in, you can create a ticket to get access back to your account to close it.

hi @Me1955
just login My Account, go to Payment page and Manage Subscriptions page and disable Subscribed there to disable Autopay. PM will stop charging further. You account will then suspended at the end of the current cycle
