I need to cancel my account
when I try to sign in to my account, it recognizes my name and asks me to set up my subscription?
I’ve been a customer for years.
I need my account number to port my phone number.
I just want out of public mobile
please help, this has been immensely frustrating.
how can I speak to an actual person?

@TiredofPM , is there any chance that you save your welcome email from Public Mobile? I still have mine & it included my account number on it!

@TiredofPM You can port your number out and it will close your account or turn of auto subscribe or lastly you can get support to remove credit card info on file right away
Turn auto subscribe off/on
