you should remove your phone number, we are just customers here
couple ways to cancel account.
you can cancel by porting out the phone number if you wish to keep it
if you don't need the phone number, you can disable Autopay and cancel the service that way. Login My Account, Go to Payment page and click Manage Subscription and then disable Subscribed there
if you cannot login My Account, then you can ask PM support agent to help with cancellation. You can submit ticket by direct message:

you have to cancel the account yourself, either port out the number and the account will be close after, or disable Autopay from My Account, Payment -> Manage Subscriptio, then toggle of Subscribed
