Hello,

I am not able to login my account, and I want to cancel my cell phone plan with Public Mobile. Please advise.

HI @Carol_N 

yes, you are supposed to login My Account and disable Autopay yorself

but if you cannot login and want to cancel the account without porting the number away, you can simply ask PM support agent to remove your credit card.   You can submit  ticket by direct message:
